- 1. How do I make a hotel reservation?
- There are three ways to make a reservation through our agency: You will enjoy the same preferential price regardless the way you process it.
a. Reservation via the website: please visit our website at and follow the instructions to book the hotel. Select a hotel, input the info as asked and receive booking order automatically.
b. Reservation by e-mail: Please send a request directly by e-mail to sales@movose.com.

- 2. How long will it take to confirm my booking?
- Our principle is offering lowest hotel rates worldwide and fast confirmation at once. And we will surly give you a reply in 24 hours. You can aslo see your booking status through the self-service link at any time. Occasionally we are unable to finalize your request within this time limit due to some of the objective causes like public holidays and time zone differences.
- 3. How can I amend or cancel my booking?
- Should you wish to amend or cancel your existing booking, please contact us by the following two way. a. Dial our hot line any time. b Email us through our Email Support Form (Advise "amendment/cancellation request" and your Booking ID). One of our reservation consultants will give you a response as quickly as possible.
- 4. What can I do if I got your confirmation but there is no booking in the hotel system when arriving at the reception or checking on in advance?
- Firstly we strongly recommend that you print our confirmation email as an voucher. When checking in, please show it to the reception and verbally claim your reservation under the name you once offered. If you still failed, please call us immidiately to slove it. Please note that the hotel may cancell your booking If you check in after the time you told us. Any question you encountered, please feel free to contact us. - 5. How can I request an early check in or a late check out?
- Please inform as soon as possible. We will notify the hotel to arrange it accordingly. Please note: Early check in and late check out are subject to the availability of the room. And some hotels may additionally charge some room rate. Generally, the hotel policy is: Normal check-in time is 14.00pm and check-out 18:00pm. If you check in before 6am the hotel or after 18:00pm the hotel will additionally charge one night room rate(or half-night). In certain circumstances you need to book need to book the night prior to the date of arrival. For example: If the normal check in time for a hotel is 2 pm and you are planning to arrive at 4 am on January 7th, you will need to book for January 6th, as hotels have to keep the room vacant from January 6th.
- 1. Are taxes and service charge included in the price?
- Yes, all room rates we quoted include taxes and service charge. If extra fee like government tax and city construction fee will be charged additionally, we will remind you when sending the confirmation.
- 2. Does the room price always change during holidays?
- Yes, during Chinese public holidays, the peak travel and conference season, many rooms' rates are rising up, few hotels rooms' rates are falling down and the others keep unchanged. Generally, the hotels will publish their holiday room rates about 30 days before, and we, in turn, will update the prices on our web at the time of receiving hotel notification.
- 3. The rate reserved through Movose.com is the same with the hotel price. What can I do?

- 4. Why there are no rates for the dates I request? If the rates for date(s) you select are not listed on our site, then we cannot quote you a rate as yet, since the hotel has not provided them. As new rates are finalized, they are posted on our website.
- 5. Is there any discount for the group booking and long-stay booking? Yes, we will try our best to quote the best rate for you. But acually the rate we offer on our website is the favorable price already. Once you enjoyed the better rate, prepayment is aslo required to secure your booking.
- 1. How to pay for the room rate for reservations booked via sinohotel.com?
- Most of the reservations are paid directly to the hotel upon check-in. During peak season the hotel will ask for a one night's room rate or full room rate as deposit to secure the reservation.
- Note: Reservations for Hong Kong hotels will often be asked to pay in advance.
- 2. Do I need to debit deposit at the hotel reception when I check in?
- Yes. That is management system for the Chinese hotel. When checking in, you will need to present your passport and fill in a form. The hotels also normally require a small amount of deposit, you will need to present some cash or a valid credit card issued to the guest name for guarantee of hotel incidental charges (e.g. phone calls or room service) you may incur during your stay. Please note that not all the hotels can accept credit card as guarantee, some of the hotels only accept cash. You are suggested check it with the hotel reception for payment directly. When checking out, the hotel will return the deposit you have paid if there is no damage or loss in your room and charge you for any additional services used (room service, phone, laundry, etc.).
- 3. How can I prepay my room rate?
a. Through Online prepayment service link. You can pay the rate over the paypal or others online service.
b. By credit card. The copy of your card, signature of the card holder and authorization are required.
c. By bank wire. We can offer bank account of our company, then you can remit the money.
d. By Zhifubao for certain Chinese guests. You can aslo pay by Zhifubao.
- No matter which way you prefer, once we received your money, we will reply you immediately.
- 4. When will I be asked to provide credit card info?
a. For peak season reservations.
b. For late check-ins after 18:00 (6:00pm Beijing Time).
c. By special request of the hotel, such as five rooms you reserved or one month stay.
- Note: Sometimes the copy of your credit card was aslo required to secure your booking. Your credit card info will be strictly protected by our agency.
- 5. How can I offer my credit card info?
a. You can offer it online when making the booking.
b. You can send that to us either by fax or by e-mail attachment.
c. You can make a scan for your card and then send it to us.
- 6. I use my credit card to guarantee my booking, why I was informed my credit card be charged?
- Please not that when we confirmed that your booking was guaranteed by your credit card. There will be no payment processed from our side. The hotel just freeze or pre-authorized certain amount of room rate from your credit card.
- 7. What type of credit cards do you accept?
- We accept payment by American Express, Visa Card and Master Card etc.
- 1. How can I be assured that my personal data is secure?
- Your personal information is safe and secure. It will be disclosed to third parties such as hotels only as the transaction you make with us. We do not sell or trade your personal information for marketing purposes.
