1、After the lessee signs the contract, the lessee should pay the rent in accordance with the terms of the contract in time.
2、After the lessee signs the contract, the lessee should pay the deposit. Deposit is used to pay for the violation of the terms of the contract. When the contract terminates, the rest of the deposit will be paid back to the lessee. The deposit cannot be used to pay for the rent.

The lessee should get informed of all the insurances of the vehicle rented.

1、Carefully check the vehicle to be rented to make sure the vehicle is in good technical condition and handover the car after checking required certificates. Lessee has the right to request to change the vehicle if not satisfied with the technical condition of the vehicle.
2、 The lessee has the right to complain to the company and related departments in the following cases: the lessor fails to provide invoice, overcharging, or rude behavior.
3、The lessee has the right to get free service for vehicle damages not caused by the lessee.
4、The lessee has the right to have other kinds of insurance added provided the lessee pays the charges related.

1、 Lessee should abide by the terms of the contract and should have the driver stipulated in the contract drive the vehicle.
2、 The driver should strictly abide by the operational rules, drive properly, take care of the vehicle and immediately inform the company if the driver notices any unusual condition of the vehicle and assist the company to handle the issue.
3、 The driver should observe the traffic regulations and accept penalties of the related department in case of violations.
4、In the event of any traffic accident, the lessee should report to the traffic administration authority and timely inform the lessor and provide written report about the accident and assist the company to go through claim procedures within 24 hours.
5、During the leasing period the lessee should be responsible for the safety of the vehicles and pay part of the expense in case of traffic accident or theft.
6、If the lessee leases vehicles that do not pass operating procedures, the lessee can refuse to pay the rent and report the case to related departments.
